More information about our company is coming soon.

  • Can you tell me more about your mixer selection?

We specialize in mixing systems, and have a wide array of mixers for applications across numerous industries. Below is just a sampling of our mixing equipment.

    BRAWN Portable Mixers:

These mixers are based on a heavy design that offers the industry the ability to mix and match the unit to meet the immediate process requirements. With this flexibility, the ability to adapt to other future requirements is easy and simple.

BRAWN Intermediate Sized Fixed Mount Mixers:

BRAWN Mixer offers a full line of mixers to meet the larger size, more demanding agitation processes. They can be supplied with different size drives, wet material of construction and mechanicals for the more aggressive process.

BRAWN Heavy Duty Top Entry Mixers:

These mixers are designed with helical/bevel fear deives for the most demanding or larger processes. They are capable of several hundred horsepower and are specifically designed for these demanding applications.

    Brawn Side Entry Mixers:

Brawn Mixer designs and builds side entry mixers for applications such as Vegetable oil storage, wastewater storage neutralization, and many other Process applications.

    BDSI/BGSI:

In processes requiring non-wet components to meet USDA or FDA standards, ask about BRAWN's BDSI and BGSI mixers. These mixers combine cleanability and corrosion resistance with a budget saving economy. Motors and housings are protected with steel-it paint. The stainless steel pigment in this polyurethane coating provides a USDA accepted surface, which is also aesthetically pleasing. These products offer the widest variety of motor options in the industry, including metric standards (IEC).

    BDSS Series:

BRAWN's premium direct mixer leads the product series with design features that provide superior performance and long service life. This mixer is equipped with an all-stainless steel motor and drive components. Popular process applications include pharmaceuticals, food processing, cosmetics, chemicals and challenging environments where corrosive vapors destroy other mixers. Motors are TENV or TEFC and are wash-down duty. Mixers in this series range from 1/3 to 5 HP with voltages of 115/230 ~ single phase or 230/460 ~ 3 phases.

    BGSS Series:

The premium partner to the BRAWN BDSS, the BRAWN BGSS features the same superior performance characteristics, but with high capacity, helical gear reducer. Optional gear ratios are available in addition to the standard TENV for TEFC motors from 1/3 to 5HP, variable speed control is also available. A variety of stuffing boxes and mechanical seal options are pre-engineered to reduce delivery time.

    BDE/BGE Series:

Affordable and durable describes BRAWN's epoxy-coated mixers. Motor selections are similar to the Steel-It line with output speeds as high as 3500 RPM and as low as 175 RPM. The epoxy-coated products meet many industrial needs for a sanitary finish. The metal housings on this product can be either aluminum or steel, depending on the application requirements. These modular design direct or gear models can be optionally equipped with mechanical seals, just like other sanitary lines.
